AIR JORDAN 1 MID BRED BANNED (GS)
The Air Jordan 1 Mid “Banned 2020” is a colorway of Michael Jordan’s first signature shoe that draws comparisons to the design of the Nike Air Ship that Jordan was prohibited from wearing in the NBA in 1985. Appearing on the alternate mid-top height of the Jordan 1, the “Banned” matches the black and red color block of the Air Ship he played in and the original Jordan 1 “Bred” colorway. The design features red leather on the perforated toe, eyelets, collar, and heel. Contrasting black leather detailing can be found on the forefoot, mid-panel, and collar. Fiery red leather Swoosh branding appears on either side and a black “Wings” logo dots the collar overlay. A black nylon tongue with red accenting on the Jumpman logo on the tag combines with the tonal laces to bring the retro aesthetic together. Release date: November 12, 2020.
